Lockdowns, remote working schooling favoured virtual interactions increased “free-time”, with internet posing as a preferential means of distraction. Statistics from pornographic websites have shown rise traffic during lockdown periods, problematic use pornography (POPU) emerging potential mental health concern. Objectives authors aim summarize current knowledge on effects COVID-19 online use. Methods Narrative review articles referenced PubMed Google Scholar.
